Yakuza: Kiwami 2 Announced For PS4 in Japan

Sega has officially announced Yakuza: Kiwami 2 following a leak earlier this week.

The new game will launch for PlayStation 4 on December 7th in Japan (No western news for know, though. :c ). You can view the announcement trailer for the upcoming game above.

As we covered in our previous report, the game is a remake of Yakuza 2, and it’s built within the latest version of the Dragon Engine, which is the new engine used to make Yakuza 6: The Song of Life. Fans can expect a new “The Truth of Majima Goro” chapter that features a playable Majima Goro, as well as a big number of previously untold stories, and new voice actor roles.

Yakuza 2 was originally released in 2008 in North America.
