Last night at the E3 Gears of War 3 party, Epic Games decided to preview Horde 2.0, and to say the least it’s a bit of a change. In this version you’ll be able to build command posts with turrets and all kinds of other god toys. Things to build your posts can be bought with a form of in game currency gained from doing certain tasks in the game.
You can also play as classes now. You’ll have the chance to play Defender, Scout, Builder or Medic. There will also be a various selection of new enemies. Looks like it’s shaping up to be pretty fun.
