Meet the Penguin in this new Arkham City Trailer

The Penguin was revealed a few weeks back now, as one of the three major villains featured in Batman: Arkham City. However, we were shown little more than a teaser image of the umbrella toting aristocrat. But now, we can finally see him in action.
