Activision have just announced that the upcoming Skylanders game (the one with the ugly Spyro) is going to be the first complete cross platform game ever! You’ve already seen the toys that you save your upgraded character onto, use as your character selection, and Activision advertised how you ould be able to take them to your friends house and use your own character. But now, they’re expanding on that even more. You will be able to take your toy to your friends house, and use your character regardless of what platform the game is on! So you can use the same toy for Xbox, Wii and PS3! Genius.
We’ll be sure to hear about this very interesting idea, more indepth at Activision’s press conference, and hopefully see some new toys *eeek!*
